Welcome back to another update! This time, I’ve got something new to show off, as well as a significant update on Psyborg as well.
Starting with the significant update, I am now in the process of publishing the book! I’m getting my accounts set up for both distributors I plan to use, and will be sharing extra details once the time comes for that. Still, to think that I am finally at this stage is very exciting, and I’m excited to finally share this book with you all!
The second update involves my book cover, which is now finally completed! This was done by artist Duy Phan, who did an amazing job of bringing to life my sketch I initially gave him. I’ll show you that sketch in a moment, but first, here’s the front cover of my book:

This cover shows off the scene depicted at the end of Chapter 1 (which you can read for free on this website only!), where a spaceship lands in Atlanta after causing mass destruction on it, with Boyd standing and watching the chaos. I don’t wanna give away too many details, so I’ll leave it at that.
Now for the sketch this is based on. I originally thought up the idea and put it in text form, but I decided that I also wanted to sketch it out to give the artist a better reference to work with, so here’s what that looks like:

It’s meant to be a very rough sketch, just to give an idea of what the book cover needed to look like. Initially, the plan was to have Boyd standing there amongst the destruction on the front page, with the ship being visible on the back cover. The artist decided to go in a different direction, and I have to say that I’m happy he did, because it looks way better than this would have ended up looking.
That’s gonna do it for now though. Expect another update soon with more details on the cost of the book and where to find it. See you all next time!
